Mac book

Well, I have been saving for a mac book, and tomorrow I should have
enough to actually purchase one. I am very excited to try it, since I
have never had a mac. I should be getting a white one. :) I will let
you know how it is!

Legend

Alright, today me and Annah went to see "I am Legend" I must say,
awesome movie! It had been a long time since I had had an experience
like that at a cinema. It was very suspenseful, and Will Smith did an
outstanding job in it. It may have been his best movie.

Merry Christmas eve eve!

Wrapping Christmas Bombs

Well, I wrapped Annah's Christmas presents today. Of course, my present look more like pretty bombs, since I sucks at wrapping. A little tape here, a wad of wrapping paper there, I have no technique whatsoever.

As you can see, many of my posts are made from my iPhone, and few from my computer. I have tried blogs sites like Xanga and MySpace (I hate MySpace). I still use xanga for more personal natured posts (Not what you think, get your mind out of the gutter!) But I have found the blogger.com system to be very refreshing, and very easy to post from mobile interfaces. That was a big key for me, since I like to post from a mobile device most of the time.

I have today and tomorrow off, and have been enjoying it very much. I am excited, and I really believe Annah will in fact have a great Christmas. I look forward... Can't believe it's already Tuesday.

Extra day, lot more pay

I am working an extra day today. Since agreeing to it, I had since
regretted it, but then again, it is a lot more money too. Money is good.

And today wasn't that bad anyway. Been pretty relaxed and laid back. I
have the weekend off, so I get to play video games, like the kid
inside desires. :)

Christmas is just around the corner, and I still have one more thing
to pick up for Annah. ;)

Winter

For those who do not know, I live in the coastal carolinas. I have
been here for about 2 years. Before that I lived in Kentucky, and was
used to about one or two big snows a year. Since being here on the
coast, sure it gets cold in winter, but we don't have snow.

This morning, we were about to take Lulu, one of our cats, to the
vet, and we actually did have a nice, white frost. Sure, its not snow,
but I can pretend, right?

So now we are on the way to the vet, Lulu won't stop howling, which
is why we are getting her fixed anyway, and then we are bound for the
mall. Nothing like last minute Christmas shopping, right?

the sickness

well, I hadn't been sick in over 2 years. So much for that now! I
caught it from some guys at work, and when I woke up yesterday, I felt
horrible! Annah bought me some Thera flu, and it was the best night of
sleep I had gotten while I was sick, for sure.

So today I woke up feeling so refreshed, I almost thought I was all
better, and I felt like that all day, right up until when I got off
work, and then I lost my voice. Let's hope tomorrow I wake up with it
back.

Christmas Music

I love Christmas music. We bought the new Barenakedladies holiday
album this year, and its awesome. But. What makes the holiday music so
special?

I think its because of the timing. We only listen to it at that
certain time of year, so we can't really tire of it, we don't have
time to.

There are also so many variations of each song, from rock to jazz
and even opera, LOL. This adds to why they always seem new, and magical.

And its not like we have other holidays that have music, Easter?
Nope. Flag day, nope. Halloween? Besides the "monster mash", nope, LOL.

I say keep the Christmas music going strong, let's enjoy it while
we can.

Why do cats find Christmas trees so attractive? If you were a cat,
would you tear them up? I know ours does!

Lulu won't stay away from the tree! The other night she had removed
all the ordaments and lined them up in the floor.

I actually have tomorrow off!

Coffee

Well. I think I may actually be getting a taste for coffee. Sure, I
have always enjoyed mochas, lattes, and stuff, but never really just
black coffee. I start trying of more because one of y co workers loves
it, and I think I am learning to appreciate it. In fact, I am writing
this from what has now become my favorite coffee house.

I didnt even know the difference between dark and light roasts until
today. Apparently, dark roasts mean that there is more flavor, but it
burns more of the caffiene off. I decided I like light roasts best. A
more subtle flavor, and more pick me up ;)

No Santa No!

Me and Annah went to Walmart yesterday and bought our tree :) I look forward to putting it up with her...

I also saw something...interesting while at wal mart... Remember as a kid, seeing all the movies, and hearing all the stories about Santa, and his REINDEER? You know, the flying ones? Well Walmart, I have a question...
